This may probably be the reason for people who have regularly to handle stress better. One thing that will probably also be true is that, if you can handle stress better, you will be more efficient at work. This will certainly help in your daily job.

Having sex can also help to increase blood flow. Again, this can be accounted to the notion that sex can be considered a kind of exercises. This will certainly be a good health benefit to you.

There can be a lot of other health benefits associated with sex. A lot of researches and studies are conducted everyday in order to reveal these benefits. Even if there is no health benefit from sex, you should still enjoy it since it is one of the most enjoyable things for human beings.
